List crypto up/down windows matched across Kalshi, Polymarket and Limitless

Alias of the CRYPTO league surface; new integrations should use
GET /v1/events and GET /v1/odds with league_id=CRYPTO. Requires the
tenant-wide crypto_windows feature flag (or, when the unified surface is
enabled for the tenant, the CRYPTO league entitlement). Returns the
window map -- discovery, cross-venue match classes and each constituent's
native IDs/lifecycle/result -- plus each constituent's optional indicative
quote (our one-minute poll capture, never a provider clock, absent once a
listing is no longer quotable). Clients that need executable prices stream
order books from the venue directly using the returned native IDs.

same_window_different_reference groups share a window and tie rule but
resolve off different reference sources (for example Kalshi's CF
Benchmarks RTI vs Polymarket/Limitless's Chainlink 60s TWAP) and can
disagree even on a near-flat window; they are never exact.

Limitless creates 5m/15m markets 1-2 windows ahead but hourly/daily
markets only at window_start, so a missing Limitless hourly/daily
constituent for up to 3 minutes after window_start is expected
discovery lag (R1), not a gap.

status: ended means the window's clock ran out, not that any venue has
posted a result -- Kalshi/Polymarket results land within 5-20 minutes of
window_end and Limitless within 5-35 minutes (see the CryptoWindow
schema for the full per-venue latency table); a later result or a venue
void can still correct a constituent up to window_end + 24h. Data is
retained for 30 days from window_end.

Pagination is keyset-based via the opaque after cursor, which freezes
as_of (and any filters) at the first page so a multi-page walk stays
consistent while wall-clock time advances.
