Enrich scraper output with SportsStack IDs

Accepts allowlisted scraper rows, document rows, JSON, or text and returns enriched mapping results. Text/document_rows items without explicit mentions or player_name extract every exact player name (and, when "team" is requested, every team name, nickname, or uppercase abbreviation), returning decisive scores, margins, UTF-8 byte spans, and relevance signals that separate an article's subjects from passing mentions. Stable source IDs without a common_model_id create pending identity mappings.

Breadth of the player corpus for text/document extraction. "active_roster" (default) matches team-sport roster semantics; a player is eligible when any tenant-visible provider feed reports them active. "league" additionally admits inactive identities such as prospects, call-ups, and retirees. Individual-sport leagues (UFC, boxing, tennis, golf) have no roster concept and always use the full league corpus. Both scopes remain subject to a 30,000-identity corpus cap, which fails closed with 503 rather than truncating.
