Price a same-game parlay and estimate fair value for an event

Prices a phase-1 MLB pregame same-game parlay directly against supported sportsbooks and
returns a normalized fair-value estimate.

This endpoint accepts normalized SportsStack leg definitions and returns per-book
direct quote results. FanDuel and DraftKings are the primary phase-1 demo books.
Retail sportsbook fanout remains scoped to one point_spread leg plus one
total_points leg. Prediction-market-only requests (quote_mode=fair_value,
sportsbooks=[]) may request listed Kalshi MLB player-prop combo legs when the
market is available in the Kalshi MVE catalog.

When prediction-market combo/RFQ sources are configured, executable fresh exchange
quotes can drive fair_value.method=exchange_combo_consensus. Non-executable,
stale, fixture, seeded, unavailable, or unmapped exchange attempts remain visible
under fair_value.sources.exchange_combo_quote_attempts but never drive unbiased
fair value.
