see the synthetic crypto sport exactly once across all pages (the last element of the
list; x-total-count includes it). First step of futures discovery:
GET /sports -> GET /leagues?sport_id=<sport> (each league carries
futures_count) -> GET /futures?league_id=<abbr>&season_year=<year>&aggregator=<venue>.
